Abstract:

The card deck includes 1535 NCLEX style questions on flash cards, using a 4 color process, and organized according systems and disease processes. There are 1270 questions in card format and 265 additional questions on the CD. Each card will have 3 to 4 questions on the front with answers, rationales and NCLEX codes on the back. The cards will be divided as follows: one half of the questions will cover medical surgical content with the remaining questions divided equally between pediatric, pharmacology, psychiatric, woman s health, and management content. There are a total of 16 raised tabs to help the user locate information quickly and easily. Users will have access to a unique 265 question final exam on the CD that will be included in the box. The CD will also include all the questions in the card deck for a total of 1535 questions. All questions are coded according to client need category, nursing process step, cognitive level, category of health alteration and content area so a diagnostic work up will be available to the student for both the final exam and all questions in the card deck.
